I wrote a book!
Alfonso and I had clients asking us - over and over again - what it looked and felt like to incorporate modern day equity principles into hiring processes. Old ways of hiring simply do not meet the needs of our modern and mixed workforce!
Building and promoting the team of people you are going to work with is one of the most high stakes and subjective things you will ever do. We wrote this book about hiring, but believe that everything you learn in this hiring context is transferrable and applicable to equity and inclusion in managing overall.
We decided on a book because there was a lot to describe:
